What we collect, and what we do not.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else's servers — no Google Fonts, no tracking pixel, no embedded video. Nothing about you is recorded unless you fill in the waitlist form yourself.
What the waitlist form collects
- Your email address. Required — it is the only way we can tell you we have opened.
- Your name, if you give it, so the email is not addressed to nobody.
- Your city, which genuinely decides the order we open in.
- Your café's name and phone number, if you are applying as a café owner rather than a member.
Alongside that, the request itself carries two things we keep: the country the request came from, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash exists only to stop one script filling the list overnight. We do not store the address itself, and a hash cannot be turned back into one.
What we use it for
One email when SipPass opens in your city, and — if you are a café — a reply about partnering. That is the whole of it. We do not sell or share the list, we do not send marketing about anything else, and we do not build a profile of you.
Where it is kept
- Cloudflare D1, the database behind this site. Cloudflare is our hosting provider and processes data on our instructions.
- Brevo, our email provider, which holds the addresses in order to send the launch email. Brevo is based in the European Union.
Both are outside Pakistan, which means your details are transferred abroad to be stored and to send you mail. Joining the waitlist is you agreeing to that.
How long we keep it
Until SipPass has launched in your city and we have sent you the email that says so, and then no longer than twelve months after that. If we abandon the idea entirely, the list is deleted and we will tell you before we do it.
Getting yourself removed
Email info@sippass.co from the address you signed up with and say so — nothing more formal than that is needed. We will delete the row and confirm within seven days. You can also ask us for a copy of exactly what we hold about you, which will be a single line of a spreadsheet.
Children
SipPass is a paid subscription and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects what we do with your details, we will email the list rather than quietly editing this page. The date at the top is the last time anything here changed at all.
