Terms for this website.

Last updated 16 August 2026. These terms cover sippass.co and the waitlist on it. They are not the membership terms.

1. This page is not the membership agreement

The contract that governs a Pass — what a Sip buys, how renewal works, how to cancel — is presented in the SipPass app when you create an account, and you agree to it there. Nothing on this website creates a membership, charges you anything, or obliges either of us to anything.

2. Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and guarantees nothing. It is a request to be told when we open, and we may email you once about that. It is not an order, it does not lock in a price, and you can leave at any time by emailing info@sippass.co.

Please give us your own email address. If you sign somebody else up, we will remove them when they ask.

3. Prices on this site

The plan prices shown here are the prices we intend to launch with, in Pakistani rupees, inclusive of everything. They may change before we open, and the price that binds is the one shown in the app at the moment you buy — never the one on this page. If we have promised you founding-member pricing by email, that promise stands and we will honour it in writing.

4. Cafés shown on this site

Cafés are listed as launch partners once they have agreed to take part. Cards marked "slot open" are neighbourhoods we are recruiting in and name no business. Nothing on this page should be read as a café endorsing SipPass unless that café is named and marked as a partner.

5. Partner terms

The reimbursement rates quoted here — PKR 550 per verified redemption and PKR 650 with a Large Upgrade, both inclusive of GST — are the terms we are offering. The agreement a café actually signs is a separate document, and it governs.

6. What is ours

The SipPass name, logo, wording and design on this site belong to us. The photography is licensed for our use. Please do not reproduce them as your own. Linking to this site, quoting it, or writing about SipPass is welcome and needs no permission.

7. No warranty on the site itself

This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake. Where something here conflicts with the app or with a signed agreement, that document is right and this page is wrong.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Islamabad have jurisdiction.
